1. Select Your Pay Band/Grade in "A"
2. Select your TA Slab in "B"
3. Select your HRA Slab in "C". If residing in Govt.
   Accomodation, Select "No HRA".
4. Now fill your Basic Pay including GP as on 1/1/2016 in "D"
5. Now Click on " Calculate Best Option for Me"
6. Your Old Pay as on jan, 2016, Current Pay, New Pay and Pay Arrears upto august, 2016 and option beneficial to you will be calculated in the last Column.
7. If the Pay in increased in the last Column, the Option of Fixation from Date of increment i.e. 1/7/2016 is beneficial and otherwise fixation from the jan, 2016. But if you opt Fixation from July, you will not get arrear upto June, 2016.
