Outcome of Meeting of GSTA with Director of Education and other senior officers:

The following issues were discussed in the meeting with Director of Education and other senior officers:

1. Promotion process has begun and soon the promotions will be done.
2. If any SMC member conducts misbehaviour then kindly complaint about it to the District Staff Grievance Committee. If any incident takes place then urgently inform any GSTA Office bearer and also submit a written copy to GSTA’s email and we will resolve immediately.
3. Vigilance clearance of an employee won't be stopped until he/she has a chargesheet, criminal case or any DP. Circular for the same will be released soon.
4. Department won’t take any action on anonymous or pseudonymous complaints.
5. The salary of Special Education Teachers will be on time in future.
6. Post fixation will be done very soon.
7. Director of Education has assured that the suspension of Smt. Rajbala Saini would be revoked soon.
8. The recruitment for Physical Education teachers will be done gender wise in future:- Male and Female category separately. Post for a PET has been created as per the strength of students instead on 1 per school (such step has been taken after 20 years).
9. After the constitution of GSTA in 2014, we demanded that before implementing any of the RTE Guidelines firstly the posts shall be created as per the Student-Teacher ratio. Government has created 9,623 posts and  these posts would be filled by the formula: 75% Direct Promotions (DP) and 25% Direct Recruitment (DR).
10. Post Fixation will be done timely from now on. More choices will be available to you in Online transfer due to this.
11. After the protest of GSTA, Department has agreed to provide the June TA which was not scheduled as per the Calendar. The orders for opening the schools from 28th June will be released soon.

Friends, if you have any issue/problem then do inform the District Staff Grievance Committee as you won't be complaining about anyone, you'll just be raising an issue that needs attention and resolution . It is an opportunity for the welfare of Our community and will make our community strong.
