PUBLIC NOTICE
It is for the inforamtion of the general public that the candidates who had applied online for their engagement as Guest Teachers in the District South West B for the academic session 2014-15 and could not be allotted the school and have merit as per the 2nd modified list provided/published by the Directorate of Education (HQ) are required to report to the office of Deputy Director of Education, District South West-B Najafgarh, Delhi in person for verification of their documents from 27/10/14 to 29/10/14 (10.00 AM to 03.00 P.M.). The list of candidates will be displayed on the Notice Board of the Office of the DDE (South West-B) on dated 21.10.2014.
At the time of verification of the candidates must carry all the original documents viz. CTET Certificate, Degree/Provisional Certificate, Mark Sheets, Caste Certificate, Experience Certificate (if applicable) along with set of attested photocopies of the same and any I.D. Proof.
Allocation of the school will be done on the basis of the order of merit list (Second Modified), post-wise and category wise roster provided/published by the Directorate of Education. H.Q.
Engagement of Guest Teacher is subject to the outcome of the Verification of documents produced by the candidates (s) and fulfillment of eligibility criteria laid down as per existing Recruitment Rules of the Department.
The verification of documents in the District South West -B has already been started w.e.f. 09.10.2014 and the candidates, who have already got verified their documents, need not come again for verification.
