CIRCULAR

Sub : Engagement of Guest Teachers in Schools of Directorate of Education during 2013-14.

               Planning Branch has been receiving enquiries from HOS’s regarding type of preference to be accorded to Guest Teachers of 2012-13 during 2013-14.

              It is clarified that persons engaged as Guest Teachers during 2012-13, will be given preference in the same school and subject irrespective of merit. However, based on the assessment of HOS’s if the performance of Guest Teacher including the examination result in the respective subject is not up to the mark, no preference will be available.

            This issue with the prior approval of the competent authority
